What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We love working with new customers! You can book directly online through our website, or call us if you prefer. If your home is 5000+ plus or you want a very customized job, we are happy to come for an in home estimate, just ask! Because we have been in business so long, and there is always someone in our office to answer your calls and follow up, we do! We always send email reminders prior to your cleanings and email follow ups, as well as periodic personal phone calls. And you can always reach someone during weekday busienss hours.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over 13 years in business cleaning and serving the Indianapolis and surrounding areas, and our trainer/supervisor has over 25 plus years in the cleaning Industry.

We offer flat rates for recurring service, but you can also book hourly. Our pricing is transparent and can be found on our booking page on our website, at www.housekeepingmaideasy.com. You only have to type in your information to see pricing for your job, and then you can submit it if you are ready to book.
How did you get started in this business?
Founder/Owner Monika Christensen launched Housekeeping Maid Easy after her relocation here from Michigan in 2005. Monika had a dream of being able to help her kids through college but at the time could see now way of doing that. She also longed to have her own business, so after working at a part-time job for awhile, and finding herself overwhelmed by trying to keep up on the house cleaning while work, Monika realized she was not alone, and the idea to start a stellar cleaning service was born. Six months later Monika launched HME and has been growing the business with steadily with care ever since .That was over 13 years ago and during that time Housekeeping Maid Easy has grown from 2-18 employees, and 200 satisfied recurring and on call. Because of HME her dream of helping her kids through college was realized and two are IU grads now. Her son, Alec holds a BA of Finance from the Kelly School of Business and is one of the managing members of the HME team.
