We are a husband & wife team that are dependable, trustworthy, honest & pay attention to detail. We have 10+ yrs of experience in residential & commercial cleaning with strong references. We treat your home as if it was our own, only better. We "clean it like we mean it". Our attention to detail, being overly thorough, continued training, & expertise makes us stand out from the rest. We are more than "your average house cleaner". We do specialize in deep cleaning, and move in/out cleans.
We also do remodeling & handyman services. We do painting, all floor covering installations, window washing, basic handyman work (emergency repairs, water leaks, electrical, water heaters) home fixture installs, some cabinet & furniture installation.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will make contact with client via email, phone, text or desired platform. I meet the client & do a walk thru of the home so I can give them an accurate quote with no surprises for either of us on cleaning day.
I will give them a welcome letter, references, copy of my insurance (if requested), have them complete a data sheet for me, schedule cleaning, and discuss methods of payment.

I prefer to charge by the job, rather than by the hour. I feel it's the most fair for the client and myself.
How did you get started in this business?
I started cleaning with a friend after a major illness. She decided to go back to an office job, so she had me take her clients over. Since I have grown my buisness to have an amazing reputation with 5⭐️ ratings on Google and Thumbtack. We love to clean & build relationships with our clients and the community.

Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I recently did a post construction cleaning of a 3300 sq ft lake house. It was a great satisfaction to see the transformation, the happiness of the client, & mostly the peace of mind the client had knowing it was done using Covid safe practices & products.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Meet the professional and do a walk thru with them so there are no surprises with charges on cleaning day. Also check references or message previous clients to ask about the professionals work. See if the professional has been background checked. Ask about their Covid-19 practices they have in place, and always hire an insured professional.
