What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Always listen to what the customer wants done and assure them we will work our best to customize there wants needs with there HVAC system
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've grown up around the HVAC industry my whole life o was going on jobs with my dad when I was a little guy. Eventually worked durring the summer times for him as an actual employee. Ivedone several of classes kicaly for the h a. Industry and we still try and get I'm a few a year now a days. Also I wenf to Texas for 3 months for a trade school before reci7 my HVAC license perfect tech academy!
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
On service calls we charge $79 for Diagnostics and if we do the repair will waive half of that fee but all the prices vary depending on the part and labor required to get the job done and installation can be quite different from job to job for pricing we do offer maintenance spring and fall cleaning plans for a great low rate contact us for details one more prices we do offer free estimates

I grew up around my father and my grandpa both hunting their separate companies in the hbac industry and always knew that's probably where I would end up I

I work with several different types of customers all the way up to famous people then two people that are just average like me it's always exciting because you never know who you're going to meet

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Just be careful who you hire because some people are very shity out there and love to rip people off and some of the bigger companies want to charge you for five times the amount that they actually should charge you if they think you can afford it so you need to watch out for them to
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Well you need to think of the big picture and how the HP system and your house is a very very good investment so if you're planning on purchasing a new one make sure you cover all the bases even if you are planning on selling the house it only makes your value go up when you get a new system I would say always maintain your system treated like it's a car check the filter every so often in a routine down and call us for preventive maintenance to keep your system up and running efficiently and effectively
