What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I listen to what soon to be Clients want and as with 28 yrs experience I can Envision what the project will become, and with that I can suggest areas that could change their ideas, such as grade not falling away from home or possibly suggest adding a wider curve in a designed sidewalk. This is to make sure that everything is built to last and not have problems in a few yrs.. All work is done with me on site !! That alone is a great advantage to bigger companies, where fast turn over is more money.. Not with Profound , no sir, We do it right the first time or its FREE! What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
At this time i,m in my 3rd semester, working on my Bachelor's Degree.. I choose Project Management, to go with my Skills I have developed over the yrs in the Concrete industry. Together these will allow myself and Profound to grow into the company of tradition, and to bring back the "Old Shcool Ways" . With 28 years and counting I can only imagine where we will be 2, 5 and 10 yrs from now.. Come grow with a team that see growth in the future ,from ways of the trade..
