You are welcome to bring any mowers or any small engine repairs to my residence in Carol Stream shop. Home is open for repairs 8am to 5pm. Weekends 9am to 6pm. Call 630 977-7339. Any small engine will tune up, fix, sharpen blades, pull rope, electrical etc.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
You are all great. By knowing the problem we can solve. If you need parts make sure to include serial number. The engine has the serial number to get engine part's. Some times these numbers are in plane site about the item need fixing.
On a walk behind lawn mower the model number can be found on the deck. Depending on the manufacturer the location will vary. The model and serial number tag could be on the left or right side of the deck, on the back under the bag frame or on top of the deck near the rear or front wheels.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
