Living Spaces By Kimberly Leja Martinez
About
I'm an independent designer and my designs are not copywriten so if and homeowner what to do the work themselves or have the design estimated by multiple companies they are free to do so.
I also over 3-D renderings and movies of my projects in addition to the 2-D layout.
Many of my clients have an idea of what they want but don't know how to take the next step to create a design. Even for a small frontyard some people just don't know what will work or not. When I present my designs I absolutely love watching their faces light up as we go over the project together.
