I provide high quality residential cleaning services tailored to my clients’ needs, preferences and special request. I specialize in recurring services provided weekly, monthly, and every other week. I am licensed and insured, I am very dependable, honest and trustworthy. I have been cleaning homes for the past 5 years. Before that I did home health, which I cleaned their homes also. But I always worked for someone. I decided that I wanted to do better for my clients, not only cleaning their homes, but to make sure they know that I actually care. So I started my own business in October of 2020. I take pride in doing a good job and doing what the clients expect of me and my workers. I also take pride in going beyond what the clients expect. My prices are very reasonable.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I meet with them at their home to find out what their needs are and to see the size of their home.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I worked as a Home Health Aide for 20 years, I cleaned my clients homes daily. When I left that field of work I went to work for a cleaning company, I worked for them for 2 years. That is when I decided to open my own cleaning business.

My pricing depends on how small or large the home is and what all the client wants done.

I worked for them for 2 years. That is when I decided to open my own cleaning business.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with all sorts of clients. Some have been disabled and needed certain things done to help them be as independent as possible. I have also had clients that have alergies to all kinds of different things. So I make sure that everything that I use to clean with is fresh from the filters in the vacuum and the all the items we clean with. Then I have clients that want extra special cleanings, and clients that just want a general cleaning.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
I would tell them to check for reviews, and also ask around to see if they know anyone that has used this company for cleaning before. I would also tell them to check if the company is insured, and has a good background.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
What all they would like done. Like Changing the bed linens, cleaning blinds, high dusting, cleaning windows. My suggestion would be to make a list and ask the company if they do the things they want done. I myself have a check list of things that I give my clients. And I tell them that if there is something on there that they want done that is not on the list to let me know and I will get it done.
