What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always introduce myself and get to understand what their problem is with their equipment. Then I explain how I work and charge so there are no misunderstandings.Then I inspect and diagnose the problem and work up a fair estamate for the work needed.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a mechanic for over 40 yrs and have worked on every thing from small weed wacker up to huge earth movers
