Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
They contact me, for an estimate. We discuss the potential job and its details. We agree to a day and time to meet. Meet up on agreed time and day. Discuss details of job. I get back with them in a short time. They let me know if they are interested. If so . I usually ask for a deposit to show their commitment. Depending on size of job, may get additional deposits. Balance on completion. Be sure client is completely satisfied.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I previously worked for a contractor and worked as a sub with other companies. With some of the other companies ,over the years, I've had training with large and small machinery and equipment, along with safety training, OSHA and others. As the years have flown by new products come out and we usually do our own, on the job training.
