What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once I receive a request for estimate, I immediately view the customers responses from quote form and utilize my experience to come to a reasonable estimated rate based upon the information given. A response email or text is sent directly to client with the initial/one-time & recurring service rates. Customers have the option of booking hourly servicing online for those who prefer convenience and know they only need maintenance cleaning.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve cleaned my entire life. I’ve held janitorial positions, as well as educated myself in the industry. Upon taking courses to become IIRC accredited to clean and maintain carpet & other flooring. As well as an IAP College Cleaning Business Owner Certification.
