Hi! I live in west Peoria. I have reasonable prices and will discuss your cleaning before setting a final price. I'm also experienced in Inside Windows cleaning. I have 8 years of experience in Housekeeping. I have had my own residential house cleaning business for 6 years now. I was the sole Housekeeping Supervisor at liberty village of Peoria for one year, and a Housekeeping Supervisor at the osthoff resort in Wisconsin for one year. I enjoy cleaning homes and having happy customers. I am flexible with scheduling, honest and trustworthy, with a focus on detailed cleaning. I have 8 years of experience. 6 years of Ownership of Christians cleaning services in residential, one year as a Housekeeping Supervisor at liberty village of Peoria, and one year as Housekeeping Supervisor at the osthoff resort.

I have been using the Thumbtack platform for years. I use their pricing guide which gives an average cost. I then lower that cost according to the type of cleaning, the customers needs, and give a reasonable price.

How did you get started in this business?

I was hired as the sole Housekeeping Supervisor at liberty village for the whole campus. This included assisted living, senior apartments, and medical unit.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Many different types. I have had an ongoing customer base for almost 5 years. Some customers I have been cleaning for on a regular basis for 5 years now.

Describe a recent event you are fond of.

I have a 94 year old customer. I enjoy cleaning for her because when I first arrive, she tells me about life. Her home is set up so beautiful, that I am in awe of it every time. I've been cleaning for her for almost 5 years, and I enjoy the relationship.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?

Look for a pro that has the knowledge and experience. Ask if their detailed, honest and hard working. A pro that really cares about your home will always ensure that everything is cleaned to your satisfaction, and go beyond.

What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?

What type of cleaning is needed. Is a deep clean preferred for the first time cleaning, and then a standard after this? What is the specific focus. What is the affordable budget? How often are services needed?
