Northscape Enterprises has been in business since 1999 and I have been in this line of work since 1988. Customers deal with the owner when recieving the quote and when the job is in progress because I feel that being hands on makes the customer feel more relaxed and changes can be made right on the spot.
My enjoyment with the work I do is to always try to put a smile on the homerowners face. To see the surprised look on there face when the job is complete. To me seeing a happy customer makes the my job complete.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process when working with a customer is making sure we can meet there needs. I walk through the project with them and answer all the questions they may have. If the customer is concerned about the size of the project with worries if it's to large or too small I lay it out for them so they get a feel of the size. I try to make the customers life as easy as possible.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in this line of work since 1988 and have a lot of experience. My father taught me everything I know about the business and I teach my employees to do it the way I was taught.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
I don't have a standard pricing system due to the fact that all jobs have different needs.
How did you get started in this business?
I started in the business working with my father durning the summer months. I truly enjoyed what I was doing and decided to start my own business.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with General Contractor, property management companies and homeowners.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Ask a lot of questions, look at jobs they have done.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
What type of material is being installed, psi, sub base material.
