    My typical process for a new client is I see their job request and if it's something I can do then I reach out to the client via email text or a call. We setup a time to meet one another and I allow them to tell me exactly what they would like for me to do. I do a walk through of the home and if we both are satisfied with what's needed we discuss prices and setup for their first cleaning.
    To be honest I didn't take a training course when I started with the company. So I learned more as I continue to work different jobs and learned that every job is not the same as well as the clients.
    Yes I have a standard pricing system. My system is depending on what the clients are looking for. I charge either hourly rate or a standard fixed price.
    I got started in the business because a friend of mine was doing it and she knew I was looking to make extra money. So I went on the website did the whole process including a background check and I was hired two days later.
    The type of clients I have worked with is just about all kinds from professionals who don't have time to clean their homes, clients who just don't want to clean their homes and clients who are elderly or disabled in some way and can't clean their home anymore.
    Honestly there isn't a recent event I'm fond about. That is because every home I clean I do my best and as long as the clients are satisfied then so am I.
    The advice I would give to a client is once you know what you want contact at least 3 or more professionals and compare their requirements to what you want then do a face to face interview and go from there.
    A client should think about their needs for the job and the prices they are willing to pay.
