What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We provide our clients with a free estimate. This is done either by a short phone consult. Our detailed estimate is e-mailed for the client's review. We can revise the estimate if needed. We will do an onsite visit if the client prefers. Typically not done for residential, but usually always done for commercial accounts. Estimate looks great... then we schedule!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We train all of our cleaning technicians using the speed cleaning CORE training method. Our new technicians go through 15 - 30 days of one on one training.

Every home or office is different. There are a lot of variables when estimating cleaning time. Estimates are free though so if you are wondering, just call.
How did you get started in this business?
The original owner started Clean Tech back in 1997. She incorporated in 1998. She built an awesome company. I purchased Clean Tech from her in Sept. 2015. We have similar values so we continue to operate on the great business standards that we have for over 20 years. We even still have some of the original employees working here which is wonderful. Clean Tech is an established professional cleaning service that focuses on making sure our clients get the high quality service they are paying for.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Make sure the provider that you choose is fully insured, screens and background checks their employees, has good reviews and sends you a detailed estimate prior to doing any work so you are comfortable with what and how you will be charged. Also, make sure they do not bind you to a contract. If you end up being unhappy with service, you should just be able to term that service. We guarantee our work and do our very best to ensure our clients are happy.
