Even during the estimate, he walked me through a detailed step-by-step process of how he was going to strip and stain my weathered deck. I felt comfortable with his methods and pricing, so we went forward. Brad started quickly thereafter and kept me in the loop on a daily basis about the progress of the deck. His timeframe was reasonable and the end result was stunningly beautiful. He even smoothed out some of the wood slats so that it would be smooth to the touch. And even washed my windows! I had what they call a 'stress crack' in my ceiling. I tried to repair it myself, but did not do such a great job---it came back. Through Google search I came across Lanaville Contracting. I contacted Lanaville Contracting, spoke with owner---very nice person & set up for an estimate. I accepted the estimate and had the stress crack fixed. Can no longer tell this stress crack was there. Excellent work performed in a very professional manner with no time wasted. Very organized and made no mess whatsoever. How did you get started in this business?

I moved to Arlington Heights. IL in 1997 where I was hired on with a professional painting contractor as a painter and quickly moved to a supervisor position and over-looked every Jobsite while my boss was out taking care of other business. I was with the company for 2 years when I saw an opportunity to work for a Deck Restoration company out of Palatine IL. I was hired on as a pressure washer to restored all the decks before staining or sealing. I was the lead technician to restore all the decks. I worked for the company for 2 years and decided to start my own business offering Painting and Deck Restoration services. I have been in the business for 24 years with hands-on experience. I take great pride in my work and make sure projects are done professionally, in a timely fashion and each of my customers is very satisfied when projects are completed.
