What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1- We would set up an appointment at the property talking about the specific task or project 2- Send over a formal quote via email for review 3-Make any adjustments to the quote if needed 4-Project acceptance and scheduling the job with projected start date
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We continue to strive on learning new techniques in the industry and using new equipment to further provide better service and satisfaction from our customers.

There is no standard pricing system. Usually pricing is determined on a project basis or by the size of the property.
How did you get started in this business?
It was something that always interested me, starting in the field young, working outside in different places all the time and working with people to help create the visions they have for their property.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We have worked with a variety of different customers from Fortune 500 companies to local residents and small business owners. No project is too small for us.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
One of my favorite projects to date would be redesigning someones landscaping around his property and helping him build the outdoor space for his specific visions and goals.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
I would just say to provide as much detail as possible regarding the project and most likely set up a time to meet to go over the project to make sure both parties are on the same page.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Customers should have an idea of a specific budget, a time they would like the project to be completed and a general goal or idea for the project.
