Our typical process in working with a new customer you still have an initial site meeting in order to listen to what the customer would like to accomplish with their landscaping as well as to assess any requirements the property itself may demand. At that point, we would come up with a conceptual plan to discuss with the client, at this time any revisions would be made. We then come up with a final plan as well as a proposal.
