The typical procedure is a visit to the property, meet the owner or person in charge, view the job and get a better idea of what needs to get done. I’ll send the proposal and hope we agree.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked as a maintenance technician for 11 years. I have worked for two major companies in the Chicago area and we have had the opportunity to learn on the field and learn from some of the best in the industry. We perform various jobs in all types of building from maintenance to full renovation on landmark buildings, high risers, mansions, family homes, and a large amount of building complexes with over 300 units.

Standard prices are for some things like a door lock installation but if the door needs attention then the price will change accordingly.
How did you get started in this business?
I got started by wanting to grow and move on to the next step and work for me.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with all types of personalities do to the various types of situations from the highest demanding home owners to the regular renters, and section 8 inspectors and city inspectors.
