Hello my name is Jose Rivera. I've been in the maintenance field for 32 years now, specializing in Industrial, Commercial, and Residential maintenance. I have experience in Drywall, framing, and painting, Hot water tank removal, and installation. I repair Washers, Dryers, and clean out the vents. Dishwashers, and Microwaves. I also specialize in resurfacing those appliances. I can replace Garbage Disposals, Electrical outlets, covers, ceiling fans, light switches, and Breakers. I do Bathroom remodeling and repairs of all sorts. I am not HVAC certified but I can do the basic preventive maintenance, by changing out the filters, igniter, limit switch, and probe.
