For new Customers we take down your information . Ask you to please tell us or describe the problem that you are having. We explain that there is a inspection fee that goes toward the cost of fixing the unit. Plus we all so offer a pick up and delivery for a small fee. (for less then the box store and there only one way) We can give a quote but that is only an estamite it is not a final price.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The OEM's having training classes that we must attend each year to keep are Dealer statis with all the companies we do Warranty work for .
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Tune ups are the only standard pricing system we have. We offer full tune ups which is everything that the OEM requires and we have the small engine shop tune up. Describe a recent project you are fond of.
There is not on project we are fond of. We are thankful for any project and are glad to have a customer.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
A Pro is not the cheapest guy. All that education is a yearly cost.. But we all so stand behind are work 100%. We see small engine shops mistakes all the time. Mostly putting on used parts to have a fast turn around time. They always say its new a part. We always hate telling people sorry they cheated you. The Pro will always use OEM parts unless asked not to. They will put you on a time line for maintance . We will teach you what products are the best to use on your equipment and why you need to use them to maintain your equipment properly.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
There are some many different types of equipment out there. I know every one wants them to be the same and be a simple repair. But they are not. So Please always have you Model# and Serial # before calling. Thank you
