What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process for working for a new customer is to start by discussing who I am, how long I've been in business, Rates, and their needs briefly over the phone to understand if i am the right fit. Then we can meet. the client is prepared to give a tour of the property that they want serviced.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a natural niche. I am a professional. A master organizer. I have done research on my own to understand how does the industry work when turning it into a legal business.

My standard price is 150.00 @ 4hrs two bedrooms. 1 bth.
How did you get started in this business?
Wanting to make extra money. I cleaned on the side. Referrals, word of mouth has gotten me the most clients. I've always had a 9-5. I love cleaning so much. I have to make something out of it!
What types of customers have you worked with?
Residential. I've worked with career orientited people. Doctors, Lawyers, Teachers, Entrepreneur.

Womanish Experience. A event located at downtown chicago. Its a movement that celebrates womxn's perspectives.

I think price is the number one concern most prospects will have when looking for a cleaning service. You may want to seek referrals from family and friends. You want to see if the company is bonded, and insured. How much experience they may have in the industry.
