What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our customer service begins with a free assessment of your space, your needs and your budget. From there we submit a proposal and contract for electronic signature and schedule your first cleaning, which is a master reset/deep cleaning. After that, we schedule your next cleanings, whether they are weekly, bi-weekly or monthly.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
For most of our clients, prescribing to a flat fee price is more economical. However, some of our clients prefer to pay by the hour, and that is available as well.
How did you get started in this business?
Kelly's Best Cleaning Services, started out as random jobs for friends and family and became a viable option to earn money and support the family. I enjoy, helping organize and restore spaces to clean and peaceful environments.
