About

Unlike other computer repair businesses TCC is uniquely creative, focusing on preventive measures far more than other businesses of its type.

(1) For example, we partition each system's hard drive into at least 2-3 portions. The Operating System (OS) and Programs are all on the C Drive. Data goes on the D Drive, and Downloads onto the E Drive. Thus, if the C Drive breaks down, whether from Malware, OS errors, or User Error, or something else, your Data is separate and therefore unharmed, and easily accessible.

(2) We also have a Weekly To Do Menu that any motivated User follows to maintain the speed and security of the computer.

(3) We reccomend and implement an extremely easy to use Backup Procedure, which allows anyone to make a backup of their Data to an external hard drive, with a few mouse clicks. The backup data is exactly as it appears on the computer's hard drive - no encoding, no compression so that restoring consists simply of copying any file or folder from the Backup Drive to the Data Drive.

(4) We install special program that shows the health of all storage drives on your computer, so that there is a warning of imminent failure, giving adequate time to replace a storage device (hard drive - SSD or Magnetic HD) before copying is no longer possible.

(5) Finally we make an Image Backup of the C Drive using a special program that allows restoring the entire C Drive in less than 1 hour. By having this Image Backup of the C-Drive, and a separate backup of the Data Drive (maintained by the User), we can restore full computer function even with a total failure of the computer storage (one or more Hard Drives).
