A regular client who knew I was coming made me coffee with two creams and two sugars as soon as I walked through the door :D
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Trust your gut and make them explain things so that you understand what you are paying for. If they can't explain it well then either they don't understand it well enough or they don't care enough about your satisfaction to make sure you get what you want.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Google your issue for 10 minutes. I just saved you thousands of dollars.
