Make the customer feel comfortable, knowing I’m going to protect there property and belongings while in their home, and work in a professional and courteous manner, listen and pay attention to detail.

Certified through Washburn’s trade in (building maintenance) also in water damage & restoration, over 20 years new remodeling experience. New construction, And water damage restoration.

Minimum $25 per hr and up depending on project most common household tasks, basic plumbing and electrical repairs start at $40 +per hr plus parts or material

Started remodeling project for an investor years ago (32) and continued education and Hands on experience.
