We start with a setup call to understand the customers needs and set the expectations for the project.

We give a free estimate on all jobs. Our prices are based upon the hours and gallons it takes to do the work.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We work with all kinds. We do a lot of residential interior and exterior work as well as garage floors. We also do a lot of commercial work on managed properties, malls, retail spaces as well as manufacturing properties.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
Last season we painted one of the landmark properties in Lake Forest which was the original Lake Forest Hotel.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Everyone will give you a price. We give you an experience and will always be here to stand behind the work. Many others you may never find again if there is a problem. Also. If a company asks for a deposit, that's a red flag.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Figure out as much as you can about what you want done. We help you through that process. We also have a color consultant that can help you decide color which is usually the hardest decision.
