My name is Shelby and I am a professional residential home cleaner. I have been cleaning for a total of 4 years through two different cleaning companies. I have worked hard and always do a great job. That is why I am in the process of starting my own cleaning business. I am trying to get all my own clients so I can start this new exciting journey!
I love working with people in their home. I enjoy seeing how the client looks and feels after a good scrub of their home.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always ask what their needs are. I like to make sure I get every detail that they would like to see in a clean since everyone has different standards, wants, and needs.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I used to be a household manager. I had to prioritize tasks and get things done in a timely manner. Laundry, cleaning bathrooms kitchens, meal prep, picking up children from events, be present for repairmen/women, etc.
