What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will discuss the problems you're experiencing and set an appointment for evaluation at your location that best suits your schedule. After the evaluation is completed, we will discuss in detail each issue and approximate cost. If additional non-stocked parts need to be ordered, a full estimate will be completed along with an estimated time of parts arrival. Also replacement versus repair will be discussed if the cost of repair is high and/or the age/condition of the equipment is a factor.

Factory Trained Master Technician for Honda small engines and currently hold over 100 individual Honda small engine repair certifications.
