What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with an introductory NO COST phone call to get to know the customer and assess their needs. Then we provide immediate or schedule remote or onsite service to address their needs.

We have over 20 years experience serving our valued clients.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
We charge our customers per hour. Remote service @ $80 per hour (1 hour minimum). Onsite service @ $100 per hour (2.5 hours minimum). We accept all major Credit Cards or Quickpay with Zelle.
How did you get started in this business?
We strongly desired to help people with technology and teach them how to effectively and efficiently use it.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We started serving our valued customers in 1999. Our first customers were in homes. For the past 20 years our typical customer is a family owned small or medium sized business or a home based customer.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Since most IT service providers have knowledge or experience, make sure they listen to you and can properly communicate to you in a language you can understand. Make sure they give you a solution that is best for you, not for them.
