Describe a recent event you are fond of.
Customer bought in a laptop which crashed to compubrainexpert. We ran the diagnostic in same day and let our customer know what the issue was. The customer stated to move forward in resolving the issue with his laptop. We ordered the part which came in next day and we installed in new operating system, recovered the data and transferred the data from old to new hard drive. Within 3 day, informed customer to pickup machine and provided him a discount for bringing his machine to my location.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
We would tell them to look to establish a friendship with whoever it is you will give your business too. Make sure that they are responsive to your phone calls and emails.
