What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
At the moment we serve only the neighborhoods of BOISE, EAGLE, MERIDIAN and GARDEN CITY. Our ESTIMATES are FREE and without obligation. We do not estimate on the basis of time, number of rooms or square feet but only after a visual inspection on the site.
It all starts with an estimate appointment. During the same, we learned first-hand about all the cleaning problems of the customer and we advise the best solutions according to our long professional experience of over 19 years.
Normally we offer a price for the first initial DEEP cleaning and the price for the maintenance service desired by the client. If the estimate is accepted, we proceed to carry out the initial DEEP cleaning, after which the customer -if fully satisfied with the initial experience-; can decide whether to continue with the maintenance service. There is no mandatory contract.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The efficient training and experience of 2 1/2 years working for one of the best known cleaning agencies in the country, but mainly for the accumulated experience during more than 16 years of independent professional work.
Our staff has been selected under the strictest standards and trained under the direct supervision of ANGIE FERBER, owner of JCS. Our company is covered by commercial insurance of up to $ 1M and Bonded up to $ 25K

After a visual inspection of the site to be cleaned, our price system is based in its general state of cleanliness, tidiness and quantity of furniture and ornaments, tasks to be performed and risks, number of residents, adults, children and pets, etc.
Our price for maintenance cleaning is fixed according to the frequency of the service and the understanding that will always be the same, that is, if future changes occur, the price may increase or decrease, depending on the case. We can also accept occasional extras that will be paid separately
How did you get started in this business?
As we have mentioned before, working for the cleaning company where ANGELA started and decided to develop this activity into a successful career through great effort and willingness to serve.

All types of clients: family clients, single people, move-in and move-out clients, one-time cleaning clients, rental apartments and houses, commercial clients (small offices, professionals, boutiques, etc.)

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Think that many times "cheap ends up being expensive." Be sure to research references, credentials, background, reliability, surety, etc. Some free-lance pros commit damage for which they cannot respond or simply disappear with your money, jewelry, etc.
