We get a clear understanding of our customers needs and wishes. We establish a schedule for lawn care (often weekly) and begin work. After each visit, we email an invoice. Customers usual pay about twice a month.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have mentors and experts we consult. We read and research via the internet. And, over the last seven seasons, we've learned a great deal from practical experience.

Our pricing is not complicated. For residential customers, we can often establish a price over the phone by viewing a satellite image. If not, we simply visit your property and provide a quote.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Seven seasons ago, we started McDougal & Sons Lawn Care to help pay for my sons high school travel hockey participation. The business doubled in size almost every year since then. After six seasons, our team consistently delivers excellent lawn care service and we continue to operate under the satisfaction guarantee we established from the very start.
