I have for free in home consultations to evaluate the home and to give you a chance to meet me in person, is it free to you regardless if you could decide to go with me or not!

Typically we walk to the home talk about what you want and need and a housekeeper and the expectations that you have. You talk about how often you need one services, then we go over the boring stuff after the house has been assessed.

I have and supply you proof of insurance and bond for my company, I have a privacy policy that I provide you, a cleaning disclaimer, we go over rates different options depending on the type of cleaning you want and now often, talk about different ways of payments, and then if you decide to book we find you a schedule day, and I have you fill out a non-finding new client intake form.

We can also do over the phone consultations, and you could send me pictures of the home so I can assess it I still visually without actually physically being there and then we can talk further at that time.

I have many different ways I go about pricing.

Option one hourly rate:

$25/hr per person per hour, 30 mi and under from Davenport

$35/hr per person per hour, up to 60 miles from Davenport

Anything over 60 MI, is $10 more an hour per each additional 30 miles. 

Flat quoted rates:

Deep cleanings start at $250 and go up from there based on the homes size and current condition and how many add-ons you would like to have in your deep cleaning.

Move out cleanings with everything empty out of the home, start at $200 and go up. A lot of the time I base my rate on a move out cleaning on per bedroom / per bathroom. Homes current state I take into consideration as well when quoting. 

If you want a deep cleaning on an hourly rate it is going to be $35 an hour per hour per person because the deep cleaning is more detailed. Being you are under 30 MI.

Current offer - for new clients - 25% off quoted deep clean price when signing on to routine weekly cleanings with a minimum of 2 hours of cleaning.

I was working for a cleaning company that I was not happy with, and I was on the phone with a friend of mine talking about my situation. This friend had made a comment to me and said, " why don't you just do it on your own Mercades?" My response was do what? They said clean, he continued to proceed to say that I have the cleanest home that he has ever seen especially with children in it and that I'm always cleaning anyways so why not do it for a living? In that moment I never thought of it that way, but it is a brilliant idea. Take what I love do every single day, and that I love to do, and make it into something that I can provide and build on. I never would have thought that 2 years ago when I started this and everybody thought it was a joke, that I would be where I am today with a reputation that I hold in the work ethnic that I have and the passion that I hold behind what I do!!

Every single type I don't think I have met anyone that has yet to surprise me even more than I already have been. My client list is confidential their business their homes their lives it's all private. But I have seen some of the horrific horrifying disasters, to some of the biggest houses I've ever seen in my life that don't even need cleaned in my opinion, to commercial businesses that need deeper housekeeping services provided. I don't discriminate on any level so I'm sure as years ago on someone or something will break all the odds and finally surprise me. But I have yet to say no to a job!
