When I started to work on computers it was just a hobby. Then family and friends asked me to fix or speed up their computers and CPR became a business. Now that was 33 years ago and I really enjoy what I do. We have low overhead so I can pass that on to my customers.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We contact them and either we pickup their computer or they will bring it to us so we can give them an estimate. Sometime we can remote into their unit and speed up their computer and they dont have to leave ther home. We also work with business to repair/replace their units as needed. Service contracts are available for personal and businesses.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over 31 years of experance and we learn daily!! Computer business is one place that can change every day. We study to keep current.
