I have lived in the Cedar Rapids area my entire life. Ive owned houses, commercial building and apartments. To say the least Im in regular need of all types of service companies. Several years ago I wanted to have outdoor lighting installed on my house and around my property. Like most people today I grabbed my phone and did a search. The first company I called had a disconnected phone number. The second company I called was answered by a home style answering machine. Im kind of impulsive and spontaneous so I really wanted a human who could give me information over the phone to see if I wanted to go any further without wasting time. My next call was to Outdoor Creations. The man I talked to ask me as many questions as I as him. He made me aware of the benefits of LED lighting. The warranty and energy savings were surprising to me. He quickly gave me options and explaining rough cost of those options. A day later a couple of there staff walked around with me taking notes will I gave them my wish list for my project. Within a couple of days I received a call and someone went over the entire estimate material and labor cost with me. Soon after that they started doing the installation and other than going home at the end of the day they never left my job site till everything was complete. Since the completion of my project I have never had anything except perfect service. I had a mole eat through a ground wire, and had one light that failed midwinter and it was covered under warranty, my kids also broke a light with a remote control car however, I have never had a quality or material issue with anything. Id like to add that my project was a pretty big job and this has left me very impressed with Outdoor Creations. This is not the typical result I feel from most of my vendor experiences. I have used them several times on different jobs and referred them whenever I can. Really can not say enough for this great company!
