Our property maintenance program rates are generally as follows per visit. We mow weekly or biweekly our service includes weekly detail visits included in the price.

(1/4 acre to 1/2 acre) **********$45.00
( 1/2 acre to 1 acre) ************$ 50.00
( 1 acre to 2 acres) ***********$ 60.00 to $70.00
(2 acres and up) **************prices vary
These prices are guidelines and are subject to a personal property pricing due to the unique characteristics of each property such as hills and or uneven ground, trees roots, tree rings, Beds etc.
Detail work on the property includes curb appeal by treating the properties cracks and crevis in all of the properties concrete walks and driveway for weed growth with round up or trimming. We also treat the beds and fence lines when applicable with round up. We also do light trimming and debris removal to keep you property clean and fresh looking
