During our initial phone call, J&V was excellent in consulting my options on fencing my rock wall. They patiently went over the pros and cons of different options available. Once I felt comfortable with the proposal that J&V came up with, they came over to my residence to do an in person consultation. I was blown away by J&Vs skill and experience. I like that they communicate well with us about the scope of the job and the breakdown of their price. Both Joseph and Vince did a good job explaining the process as the job progresses. They always have a good explanation when I ask about this and that and accommodated a few changes I made. They were also able to squeeze in additional jobs added towards the end. They were also fast considering they would come in the afternoon after their regular work, unlike others who take so long to finish.
