My service stands out by the amount of detailed cleaning I provide to my clients. They are always overly satisfied with work and can't believe the depths in which I clean their homes and rental properties based on what they have received from other "bigger" cleaning service providers. I don't time crunch like others in order to fluff my pockets
I enjoy every part of owning my own cleaning service. I have high standards and prefer to handle all my clients personally to assure my standard of clean is met. My clients love the job I do for them, never had ANY who were not satisfied and all have referred me out so that speaks for it self. I take pride in my work and genuinely love to clean and being able to actually see my results when finished. I offer linen service for an additional fee to my residential customers in addition to my rental customers. I also offer cleaning windows for an additional fee. Any additional services needed such as inside of appliances, organizing inside of cabinets will be met per client request as well. I welcome homes with animals and overnight pet sitting is offered. No job will be turned down or refused as I aim to please all clients and their requests. Discounts offered for current clients who give referrals and I am hired by the potential new client. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Contact made by phone, text or email to schedule a walk through to give an accurate quote for services requested. And to determine if a deep clean is needed before maintenance cleans can begin. And most importantly to make sure myself and the potential client are going to be a good working fit.

Deep clean hourly based. $40/hr
Move out cleans. Sq ft pricing with a $100 minimum
Grout cleaning Sq ft based@$3/sqft with a $150 minimum
Carpet cleaning $25/room with a $75 minimum
AirBnB/vacation rentals: standard turnover clean #of bed/bath/travel distance price based average being 1bed/1bath $80 no linen service, $20 ea additional bathroom, $10 each additional bedroom, Add extra for linen service at 1/1 $15 extra, 2/2 $20 extra, 3/2 $30 extra
Other services provided are priced based on specific request and travel distance
How did you get started in this business?
After working for others at a significantly lower difference in pay rate and being expected to perform less than "clean" practices I decided to start my own business from client referrals. I have an outstanding satisfaction rate of 100%, unless of coarse something has not been brought to my attention
