What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once contact is made, our representative will go over cleaning packages to ensure accuracy and pricing. Then we will gather the clients email address and service address for billing. Once these steps are completed, cleaning appointments are scheduled
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over 10 years cleaning experience. All staff go through 2 weeks of paid training in all service packages. Performance evaluations are completed 90 days after hire and yearly thereafter.

Yes, all prices are set and are based on the number of bedrooms, and the cleaning package .We do charge a fee for basements and pets if any. All prices are listed on our website at www.pcsofgeorgia.com
