I introduce myself to the customer and have them explain to me in full detail what type of project they need help with. I then provide the customer with options and cost estimates to best suit their budget.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Make sure the Plumber you hire is a State Licensed Master Plumber. You can verify this by going to the the Secretary of State website.
Ask if the Plumber is insured.
