Steven with DunnAlready Services installed a water heater for me, July 2023, and I cannot recommend him enough. He was very professional, timely, and most importantly, honest. He provided a fair quote before beginning the installation, with no pressure, and gave clear explanations when I had questions. Steven did an excellent job from start to finish, ensuring everything was installed correctly and working efficiently. When he discovered one of the shut off valves was not working properly, he promptly went to get a new part.
