The best remodeling company in the area if you ask us. The cost was much less than others for our masterbath. We had the estimate same day they came to take measurements. No nonsense throughout the process. The crew worked 7 days a week till it was finished. Thank you for your hard work!

All we can say is Wow!!

They finished our 1200sq basement for almost 20k under other companies. Not sure how he did it. I guess other contractors are just making a killing. Very happy with the quality. Wouldnt call anybody else.

Rebuild on our front porch and back deck. Full paint on the house and new driveway. Great from start to finish. Took a week longer but we had a very tight budget and Kevin worked hard with us to stay on track and not go over. Which we understood took planning and timing!

I hired Something New Remodeling to renovate two bathrooms. They submitted the lowest bid, half that of one other contractor, and I was a bit leery, but I had met and liked Kevin so I signed the contract. I could not be happier. Every workman who worked on the project (and there were a bunch of them) was on time (or called to say theyd be late), professional, polite, diligent, and cleaned up after him or herself. They did an excellent job communicating with me throughout. They finished on schedule and for the agreed upon budget. Their quality control process was thorough and impressive. We had the very best bathroom remodel experience with Something New. We received a handful of bids, with theirs being the best as far as price, but Kevin seems above the rest as far as detail and professionalism. From beginning to end, this was painless. The final invoice was very close to the original bid, and the job was finished in exactly the amount of time promised. Wonderful to work with Patient, accommodating, and a very talented company. After a heavy rainstorm, we found we needed a new roof. Kevin and his team came out right away, completed the estimate same day.Then went right to work. Extremely professional and honest, they shared with me what was being done during the work and would continually spend the time answering any questions I had. My roof looks great and was done with great attention to detail. Im also very impressed with their attention to cleaning up after they were done. Very impressive! Thank you!!!
