After an interview process with several home builders, we contracted with Luxe Homes for our custom built home. Our contract included demolition of an existing structure, site development, construction of an ~4,600 SF residence including a pool with spa and landscaping. The primary reasons for choosing Luxe Homes as our builder was their reputation as a quality builder for new construction or remodels, references and full-service capabilities that included full building blueprints, design, dealing with permitting and zoning issue and creating a project budget.

The construction process was at times demanding, but enjoyable. Luxe listened, sought to understand, made communication a priority, offered advice where appropriate and never got frustrated with the inevitable changes that occur during construction. Luxe did an excellent job of making our vision a reality. Luxe provided a schedule for key decisions (i.e. Lighting, Plumbing Fixtures, Flooring, Appliances, Counter Tops, Paint Colors, etc) that have to be made to stay on schedule. Regular site walks and budget updates prevented unwanted surprises.Luxe has a designer on staff that was invaluable in helping with decorating decisions. Our neighbors had positive comments regarding the cleanliness of the build site during construction. At the end of the construction process, the punch list was minimal and any issues were resolved willingly and promptly.

1. ONSITE CONSULTATION

We meet you at your home or construction site to review your project

Answer questions you may have about LUXE Homes and your requirements

Discuss your wants, needs, ideas and expectations

Measure or survey your existing space or home site

2. CONCEPTUAL DESIGN AND PRELIMINARY BUDGET

Several design meetings may be required for design

Finalize the Conceptual Design and Preliminary Budget

Review the schedule for your project

Sign the Design-Build Agreement

3. DETAILED DESIGN AND FINAL BUDGET

Obtain land survey and engineering when applicable

Develop and approve the Detailed Design and Final Budget

Provide documentation for your HOA when applicable

Develop detailed construction drawings for building permits

4. PRE-CONSTRUCTION PLANNING

Develop and submit Construction Drawings for local permits

Assist with selections based on Final Budget allowances

Review project with subcontractors, suppliers and inspectors

5. CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT

Daily supervision to ensure that work in place meets the design, budget and schedule

Coordination of all product purchasing, trades, material deliveries and onsite management

Communicating written updates, photos, questions and documents

Managing any changes in design and scope of work that may be requested

Final walk-through to ensure complete satisfaction
