What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My interaction with new customers is very easy and quite simple. I first obtain basic information, perform an estimate, and then work on the job while keeping the customer up to date in every step of the way. With me there is no guess work. You know exactly what is going on around your home.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Just as much as education is in the working environment, hands on knowledge means more to me . I'm 47 I've been in constructions for over 30 of those years. Experience and knowledge of how to get the job done is essential.

I realize that no two jobs are the same . I try to get as much detail as possible from every potential job. I prefer to look at the property/project to ascertain what exactly is entailed to achieve the best end results for our customers. This allows me to give the best possible price to the customer and rarely have to add extra costs at the end.
How did you get started in this business?
Over the years my grandfather used to own a shop and I use to be amazed at all the tools he had and knew one day I wanted to be like him.

I've with with all kinds of customers it's not a factory in what types of customers it's how you make them feel. Always show respect and be honest
