We here at Maple Leaf believe thatt rather than selling new customers, we build new relationships. Lawn care is a partnership which requires both parties to be fully engaged from start to finish. We keep the customer fully engaged and overcommunicate on all aspects of the work so the client knows we have their best interests in mind at all times. Tom McGaugh the owner, and myself are licensed in Schedule 24 Turf and Ornamental, and use best practice Integrated Pest Management for all chemical and fertilizer applications.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will contact a customer and let them know when we will be there to estimate the property. We call the customer en route and show up when we said we would, then email back the customer with information and a quote for service.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 33 years in all aspects of landscaping and lawn care. This includes crew member, crew supervisor, and Area manager. The latter being with one of the largest national lawn care companies, with Billions of dollars in yearly sales.
