All jobs have to be evaluated at the sight in order to give accurate pricing. I've never change a price in 25 years. I don't like it when other contractors do that on work at my house. I appreciate a budget.

I see and hear about a lot of "issues" with landscape contrators. Hire a licensed, legal, personally accountable business.

This field can be difficult to compare apples to apples. Ask for specifications.
