What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
An initial appointment will be scheduled for an arborist to meet with the client and discuss the project. The arborist will evaluate the property and put together a proposal. If the client decides to move forward, he/she can sign the proposal and text/email it to the arborist or he/she may be accept the proposal online. The client will be notified a few days prior to the work being scheduled. On the day of the scheduled work, the crew leader will call the client that morning with an ETA. Payment will be expected at job completion and may be made via cash, check or credit card.
