What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A customer can set up an appointment with one of our sales representatives by calling our call center or scheduling directly on our website. One of our sales associates will contact the customer to help us understand the scope of the requested work. The sales associate will then visit the customer, complete the estimate and present a written proposal to the customer.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The owner, Brian Brown, comes from a manufacturing background managing production of specialty chemicals for over 25 years. He has a bachelors degree in chemical engineering from Lehigh University and an MBA from Georgia State University.
Our painters are very experienced and participate in CertaPro's 5 Star training program.

Standard cost estimating software is used to generate a proposal to be presented to the customer before we leave.
