We provide a 24 hour warranty for unsatisfied customers. We are very competitive in price, and flexible with different schedules. We serve a 50mile radius in Atlanta and work from Monday- Saturday from 8am-5pm. We have been in business for the last 15 years and serve over 150 customers per week.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Request information for the type of job, such as sq.footage of the property, how many floors and if the property is vacant or occupied? Also, we ask our clients if this will be a one time cleaning or a recurring cleaning for better pricing.

We have pricing based on sq footage, if the property is vacant or occuppied? If occupied, pricing depends if the cleaning will be recurring or one time. If one time cleaning, will it be a deep or basic cleaning? Our pricing starts from $85 for small apartments to $180 for certain homes with up to 3 floors.* Move ou cleanings start from $180 (0-2000sq ft) to $400 (5000+ sq ft) depending on the size of the home.
How did you get started in this business?
We started in 2002 as a family two person team and gradually expanded to a company of 13 teams after offering quality, reliable and professional service to our clients. 18 years later we've applied software for operations , billingual staff, electronic payments and bookings, so that making an appointment is as simple as can be.

With couples, families, property management companies, real estate agents, government agencies, and many offices and clinics.

Recently we completed the cleaning of a 1,000,000+ sq ft warehouse that took us almost two weeks to complete.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Ask for a certificate of insurance that includes valid liability insurance, workers comp and bond in case of any accidents, thefts, or damages that may occur. This way you know the company is series and has the means to handle any event that could happen during a cleaning.
