We listen to your request, make individual assessment and inspection, try to offer you a product that is ontime, within budget, using only quality products. ask our customers, we provide references from last week, last year or 10 years ago. 

    All of our crew supervisors must go thru manufacture’s testing each year to be a certified installer. All office staff & sales staff are offered 4 x a year continuing education classes for product knowledge & installation techniques taught by manufacturers. OSHA, business law, insurance criteria, hvac, hang engineering, Xactimate software are just a few ongoing continuing education classes all management must attend annually. Rest assured that we care about our customers, installation of product is done to code or better; we strive to exceed Customer expectations & piece of mind are our top priorities and we promise to give you 110% professional service everytime.

    1. Xactimate pricing used on all ins claims . 2. Normal 1 story gutter cleaning =$250 3. Commercial maintenance packages starting at $500 per month 4. Plumbing , Electrical, HVAC service calls are $85 per call $75 per hr

    Over 20 plus yrs , we have relationships with HOA, investors, property management companies, school districts, churches, municipalities , universities, residential property owners, commercial property owners, developers , multi family property owners, realtors and insurance carriers directly
    My job is property restoration and delivering a property back to its owner in a timely manner, exceeding expectations is what makes us happy. I am very proud of the personnel we have. They go above beyond to help our customers understand their damages, what to expect, what type of products are being used and accommodating request as small as a bottle of water to needing a hotel to stay in while work is Progress. Volunteering in community events is another step we take as we are part of the community and when we can we help so everyone can enjoy a normal life, no matter what Mother Nature delivers.
    1. I would stay away from any down payments upfront. 2. Check licensing at city & state level. 3. Ask for references & call them 4. Ask what their processes are & timeline to complete the project 5. Check BBB status 6. Require ins certificate naming you as the certificate holder . 7. Feel comfortable with answers given 8. Trust your contractor but check his work & ask questions so you are aware of work details. 9. Make sure you get lien release upon final payment 10. Make sure you know anout manufacture’s warranty & contractor workmanship warranties & what’s covered. Pay your contractor each phase as agreed to. You should have a contractor for all your property needs that responds in a timely manner with your concerns being 1st priority .
    1. Set a budget for each project. 2. For ins claims, check your deductible & coverages. 3. For projects that are over 30 days, plan on living off sight to expedite to job. 4. Can you afford this job & should I finance the work or pay cash -most contractors will finance short term but have long term lenders ready to help. 5. Does it increase property value or is it a money pit . 6. Why are you doing this project . Is it for self or is it keeping up with neighbor . The project should result in a happier property owner that will enjoy the end result and not just because my neighbor is doing it . 7.. What will I do with my pets ? They are going to need accommodations as well . 8. Ask neighbors for their blessings to keep everyone happy. This is required in some HOA’s . 9. Valuables and storing them to ensure no damages occur . Pre plan .
